NSW TrainLink services Casino, with trains from Sydney twice daily in each direction and one daily train from Brisbane. It is a major transfer point to coach services to the Northern Rivers and to the Gold Coast.
There is also a railway bridge further upstream however there is no means for vehicles or pedestrians to cross.
